General Terms of Sale for Awakened Prana

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general terms of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Awakened Prana network. A "client" is considered any natural or legal person who makes an order with Awakened Prana, validated via our secure payment platform.

Article 1a: Age Limit

Age restrictions apply: Awakened Prana only accepts clients over 18 years old for all services including Reiki sessions, breathwork, coaching, workshops, and seminars, unless written parental permission is received prior. We strive to restrict access to our services to minors as our services are intended for a mature audience capable of understanding the implications of the healing processes. Any subscriber to the newsletter under the age of 18 will be removed from our database once brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer under this age will be immediately refunded and the transaction will be cancelled.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a site belonging to Awakened Prana implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Pricing

Prices for our services are listed in US dollars and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change; however, the price applicable to an order will be the price at the time the order is placed.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due at the time of order, including for any pre-order items. Payments can be made via credit card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside of the United States must be international credit cards (Mastercard or Visa). We also accept payments through PayPal. Secure online payments are processed via [Payment Processor, e.g., Stripe]. The transmitted information is encrypted and cannot be read during transmission over the network.

Article 5: Delivery

For digital products or services, delivery will be executed electronically to the email address specified at the time of order. For physical products, delivery is made to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. The risk of loss for products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase personal data concerning you. By agreeing to these terms of sale, you acknowledge having read our privacy policy and consent to our collection and use of this data. By entering your email address on any of our network sites, you agree to receive emails containing information and/or promotional offers concerning products offered by Awakened Prana or our partners. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link at the end of our emails.
