1. Scope of Services

I understand that Brittany Prince, founder of Awakened Prana, is a Reiki Master, Breathwork Facilitator, Intuitive Healer, and Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. The services offered may include energy healing (e.g., Reiki, sound healing), guided breathwork, somatic practices, subconscious reprogramming, spiritual coaching, and intuitive guidance.

I understand that these services are complementary and supportive practices and are not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health care. Brittany does not diagnose, treat, or cure physical or psychological conditions.

2. Participation + Personal Responsibility

I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily in these services and take full responsibility for my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being during and after any session, course, or program.

I understand that breathwork, energy healing, and somatic practices may bring up intense emotional releases, physical sensations, or energetic shifts. I agree to participate at my own pace and will stop any practice if I feel discomfort beyond my limits.

If I have any existing health conditions (including but not limited to asthma, cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, PTSD, or other serious medical diagnoses, or pregnancy), I will consult with my healthcare provider before participating in breathwork or somatic exercises.

3. Confidentiality + Integrity

All personal information shared with Brittany Prince will be kept confidential except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

All materials, teachings, meditations, recordings, and course content shared by Awakened Prana are the intellectual property of Brittany Prince and are not to be copied, distributed, or used outside of the agreed-upon container without explicit permission.

4. Consent to Energy Work

I understand that energy healing is a spiritual and intuitive modality that may involve energetic touch (in person) or distance work (virtually). I consent to receiving energy healing services with the understanding that the outcomes are not guaranteed and may vary from person to person.

5. Refunds + Commitment

Due to the nature of these offerings and the energetic exchange involved, no refunds will be provided once a course or session has been accessed. By enrolling, I commit to the process in full integrity.

6. Liability Release

I hereby release and hold harmless Brittany Prince and Awakened Prana from any and all liability, claims, or damages that may arise from my participation in any services offered, including any physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual experiences.

I acknowledge that I have read and understood this informed consent. I agree to participate in this work willingly and take full responsibility for my experience.
