Inside a Session
My work is not a surface-level energy session.
Each session is an intuitive, interactive process where we work together to clear what’s not yours, regulate your nervous system, and support deeper integration.
While every session is unique, most include a combination of:
• energetic clearing and recalibration
• light language and intuitive channeling
• clearing subconscious patterns and energetic distortions
• cord cutting and releasing energetic entanglements
• nervous system regulation support
• oracle guidance and integration conversation
This is a collaborative experience — you may be sitting or lying down, and we’ll move between intuitive guidance, clearing work, and conversation as needed.

Private Breathwork & Healing Experiences
In addition to private sessions, I offer mobile breathwork journeys for groups and special events, as well as in-home energy healing sessions for individuals who prefer to receive healing in their own space.
Breathwork experiences are ideal for retreats, birthdays, bridal gatherings, couples experiences, corporate wellness events, or intimate group containers.
